Assembly 2022: Wrap-up and 2023
Dear Members of Olivet,
Greetings from your Church Council.
We write to you as a follow up to the update provided at the Sunday Service on June 5th by the Olivet delegates who attended the Canadian Baptists of Western Canada (CBWC) Assembly that was held in Calgary in May.
On June 20th, the CBWC released the results from the voting held in relation to the various motions and other related information, as follows:
- CBWC Assembly wrap-up;
- Results of voting; and
- Final version of the CBWC Identity Statement.

The Olivet Spring Business Meeting scheduled to take place at noon on Sunday, July 10, 2022 will have some time dedicated to this topic. Please contact the office by sending an email to office@olivet.bc.ca if you have any questions in the meantime.
